 inger/Guitarist Michael Mondello (Mo) and Bassist Chris Davison (Slim)\, l
 ater joined by Mandolin/Harmonica player Chuck Jacob (Harpo).  Recently t
 he band has been rounded out by Drummer Jamie Hurst (JR)\, and Singer/Guit
 arist Chris Karson (KMan)\, resulting in a powerhouse lineup of former mem
 bers of some of Rhinebeck's most notable bands.\n\nLed by Mondello\, The D
 ecoys delivers an upbeat\, fun\, freewheeling jam-oriented performance of 
 popular rock and roll songs in a refreshing Americana/Bluegrass style that
  the band affectionately refers to as Rockgrass.  The Decoys are influenc
 ed by The Kinks\, The Stones\, Petty\, The Beatles\, and The Dead\, but yo
 u will also hear an array of songs from the 80s and 90s up to current peri
 od with a spontaneous approach that keeps the crowd -- as well as the band
  -- guessing as to what will happen next!
