When it comes to music, Séamus Maynard has always explored a blend of genres and styles. He studied classical guitar and composition with guitarist and composer Ed Flower and classical acting at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. His integration and understanding of both music and drama brings a unique expression to his performances in both art forms. Séamus has worked for many years at developing his own style of writing, performing, theater making and creating music. A variety of influences canopy the backdrop of his original music, including Americana, Spanish classical, bluegrass, jazz, finger-style, Celtic, and folk.
